this video is just stupid, it’s not even the same car, it’s brother with the captur and has the same driver compartment and and engine bay as the captur, nothing in common with the austral 😂
You either test the complete car as it is or don't test it at all. It's the 3rd Renault that has parts of the results taken from another model and then added to the end result since "their structure is practically identical". Well, it's a Renault, so some of the parts haven't changed since the 90's. Would you also add some 90's models tests results to this one's then? Oh and combining the tests of Austral 2022 and Rafale HEV 2024 results in Rafale 2022? Renault Rafale 2022 doesn't exist.
So you guys gave a five star rating in 2024 to a car that had just the side pole impact test done, because the Austral scored five stars in 2022 (when scoring was different and even though the front is different and could affect the pedestrian test)?! Why is EuroNCAP still a thing?!
@@adrianromero92 They have different weights, so the impact energy isn't the same. And I'm guessing the way the inside is setup affects the tests as well (they could fix the seats differently, the side might be more curved in so you could hit your head easier... Don't know 'till they actually test it). Plus, the scoring was different in 2022, they just became more strict.
@@ovyadrian no van a probar nada.
How can the leg impact be based on the Austral when Rafale's front is clearly sharper?

@@luca-ioanbotescu5463You’ve got confused with the Arkana. The Rafale shares the same platform as the Austral.
Rafale or Austral ?
Austral
I also see a Scenic e-tech. So what is it, EuroNCAP: Rafale, Austral or Scenic??? (Update: my mistake, it's a white Rafale.)
There’s not a Scenic in this video.
@H.K_R You're right, it's a white Rafale.
I thought it’s Peugeot from thumbnail
Weak side protection
Yeah that dent is insane
🤔🧐 Why?
Five stars …on limit !
