    But i have a question, after 20 days.. still your cloths are same, you didn't change them..?🧐🧐🧐

      😄 😂 Let me explain , the video was shot right after 20 days when the bread was already frozen. First I showed the technique of wrapping up the bread so that it doesn’t come in contact with the cold air in the freezer . Then I unwrapped an already frozen lot ( frozen for 20 days)
      So you see its a same day shot .

    Suppose I bought readymade bread with packing, after 3 days, can i freeze it with the same packing as bought earlier

    • @SOHINIsKitchen
      @SOHINIsKitchen  Год назад

      No that won’t be airtight. The plastic should seal the bread from all sides . There should be no gap for the freezing air to come in contact with the bread. So the cling wraps are necessary.

    • @SOHINIsKitchen
      @SOHINIsKitchen  4 года назад +1

      joshna reddy gayam yes you can use a ziplock bag , provided you push out all the air from the bag before sealing it. The bread should never come in contact with the cold freezer air.

    • @SOHINIsKitchen
      @SOHINIsKitchen  2 года назад +1

      Hello Kuldeep,
      At room temperature the shelf life of bread is pretty low . I would say a max of 3-4 days . Shelf life increases to upto 3 months when bread is frozen like I showed in the video.

Well u can see if this works by following the process. And by the way I appreciate ur focus on my dress and hairstyle. Thank you for watching !

    Can I store in freezer for 1 day..
    Suppose I made bread in my bread maker and suppose I need 5-6 breads everyday and rest of it I am supposed to store in freezer..
    So should I have to keep remaining breads in freezer for 20 days??

    • @SOHINIsKitchen
      @SOHINIsKitchen  3 года назад

      No it is only when you have to store the bread after 7days or more . If you want to use the bread the next day then u do not need to freeze the same. But freezing will not harm either coz it will stop the bread from aging further. Just make sure it is wrapped tightly from all sides .
      But yeah again, if you are consuming the bread right after making it for 2-3 days of so , you are good to go- no need to freeze then
