    Here's how I resolved the issue: 1) Locate an email sent by you and open it in a separate window. 2) Set up a new rule to move emails sent by you (select the "From [your name]" option) to the "Sent Items" folder (choose the "Move to" option, then "Sent Items"). It seems that while I was filtering my emails, I inadvertently created a rule that impacted my sent items. Hope this helps!

    I tried several times in outlook 2016 but it doesn't work. I can't find the sent item folder

    I deleted the ost profile and all of the users emails repopulated but the sent folder didn't, how can I recover it?

      Hi there, thank you for your question! f you have deleted your Outlook profile and the sent folder is missing, you may be able to recover it if you have a backup of your Outlook data file (. pst file). To do this, you can open Outlook and import the backup file, selecting the Sent Items folder to import.

    The entire sent folder disappears in Android outlook app, and doesn't sync sent files through imap/smtp... Ive tried removing then adding, it comes back then disappears again... Really annoying... Doesnt happen in Gmail...

    sir i'm not able to locate Outlook option from group policy editor. somehow group policy editor was missing from windows and has enabled it watching some video. I am not able to get a single mail in sent items folder of outlook 2007. so help me for both issues.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! To perform a repair installation of Outlook 2007, close Outlook if it is open and go to the Control Panel. Open the Programs and Features applet and locate Microsoft Office 2007 in the list of installed programs. Click the Change button and in the Microsoft Office 2007 setup window, select the Repair option and click Continue. Follow the prompts to complete the repair installation, then open Outlook and check if you can see your sent items. If not, check your settings by going to the File menu, selecting Options, and clicking on the Mail category. Make sure the "Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder" option is checked. If the issue persists, create a new Outlook profile by opening the Mail applet in the Control Panel, clicking the Show Profiles button, and following the prompts to set up a new profile.

I tried with new emails from multiple emails it's showing inbox items and sent items in inbox. Now my question is how to move those sent emails from inbox to sent items. No found any help on RUclips or other.
