下次可以提下在不同州份屋型的有不同的名稱。在 NSW 呢種屋型叫 duplex

后院的pergola看起来没有做坡度,所以应该是没有顶的。应该已经完成,就是一个装饰效果,类似于葡萄架。其他缺点也基本上是一些小问题,并不算硬伤,除了单车库。不清楚是什么区,但是如果19年的地皮价格是1.2m的话,这2套的价格目前售价应该在1.4m出头比较合适。1.6m有点黑心了。

仔細睇有無 easements, convenants or any restrictions on land use 就算係House 亦可能會出現, 一旦出現視乎條款多多少少會影響地價, 睇得多就會熟

然後我估佢因為係display house 裝修係好睇吾好用, 所以佢吾裝紗窗係for 美觀only,
我吾知咩地段, 但我覺得呢個townhouse, 最多值100萬以內澳幣, 160萬澳幣有d搵笨

这个屋即使没有common property,我觉得应该也是会需要买一个保险来维护共同屋顶的。这个房子也会有一个party wall easement来限定他的权力。因为共享中间墙,所以也是不能随意去修改或拆除中间的墙。所以会导致 虽然这个房屋没有body corporate 但是也不能和detached house那样的权利。
