racism is so hurtful, it will always exist in some people, i am a Black Beautiful Woman and i am employed in a customer service industry. i see these feelings in some people, but i also see sincere care in some people. i just observe and keep my head high, in the end God has the final say.

That reminds me one time they asked if you or who does the dishes at work? Some of us were like what dishes? Some people either bring their own lunch, coffee, or go eat at a fast food restaurant nearby. Who really takes an actual break in the break room? People constantly come and interrupt with issues about work during your break in the break room.

It is a masterpiece in how to give a person a large spool of rope and have him hog tie himself, then roll over and over, wrapping the rope around himself and then rolling off the cliff, hanging himself before the fall could kill him. Serj Avakian is a master physical and dramatic actor and he shows in so many ways, physical reactions, words and deeds that the character, Andrew is a racist through and through, born to the bone. Steve plays the passive observer until he cannot stand it any more, then he unveils it was all a test. Actually, it was a self-imposed lynching, a career suicide. Thank you DramatizeMe for such a superb video. I am just compelled to watch this trainwreck over and over again. It is so fascinating to watch as Serj plays Andrew so impressively! Kudos to all and I applaud like the office staff at the end, Serj's masterful performance. Welcome back Serj.

Some people have a surface racism that permeates through blatantly, but there are some, unlike this guy, who smile at you, pretend to support equality, but all the while, they overlook your hardwork and dedication. They promote those around you, while finding fault in everything you do. They give you unwarranted write-ups, unfair evaluations. You suck it up, knowing that what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger. You keep pressing forward. People have a way of exposing themselves eventually. They are given just enough rope to hang themselves, which is the case of this blatant racist who was determined to make the work environment a living hell, filled with his own descriminatory opinions disguised as "new policy". People are tired of having the prejudices of some ruin it for the majority. I admire those two employees who stood up for their colleagues, and said this isn't right. To be honest, him firing anyone under those conditions could result in a wrongful termination dispute. Clearly this man was given a chance to change, but the promotion only reinforced his arrogance. He would have usurped his newfound authority to wreak havoc on this team of fine workers. Glad he got fired!
