Gotta love Sworkz kits! Im waiting for a Nova .24 T6r to arrive, im thinking of testing it on the GT car... Might work well because it has more torque. Currently running a Werks Gt, which is a great engine too.
Great Video Tasty. I agree thta a better carb might make this engine a little. May be the hobbytech carb could help in this. It is worth tryinh I guess
Hello, thank you. A OS carb will fit but I think thay the hobbytech wont. Different diameter. The sirio runs strong and will probably run better with a different carb. Also needs good preheat before every start!
Great vid buddy. She seems to run pretty well. With that tight pinch you might wanna change the conrod and bearings after the break in. These features on such a cheap engine is crazy. You know corners are cut somewhere. Maybe with the composition of the alloy. Must say she looks really good. Numbers are not bad. With some good care she will scream for a while. What did you not like about the engine? Maybe try a different carb, pipe and see how she runs than.
Thank you Kings ✌️ right my buddy will have to pay attention to the conrod, this Break-in was very very difficult... I dont like how the carb tunes but the engine makes good power, probably it will run better with a different carb but didnt tried and I am not buying one of these. I would like to save some money and get the g501 T
Than your buddy needs to try a different carb. Definitely tell him to replace rod and bearings after 2-3L. Otherwise his fun can come to a early end. Save up and get that G501T. You won't be sorry.
The Gt-RR w a Nova carb , I prefer the 24069 but the 24025(?) - latest short needle on road carb works too , is just plain nasty. I say slap a good carb on it and give her hell again. Id try the 41032 manifold..the V might be a lil too top end biased for a new engine. Do you have the Ielasi 2185 pipe? If not look for one she works amazing on most applications for max power/rpm. I have a feeling a good carb will change the way you feel about this one. Also, check the shim stack . I run mine on stock stack on 30%, I bet you have to yank .10 for the EU nitro fuel. See ya next vid broski
Right I was running stock head shims, .10 should be perfect for our fuel and a good OS or nova carb should be a huge upgrade. I want to buy a New onroad pipe, dont know wich one yet, I would like to try a OS r2105 sold as combo with the 2165 pipe, fair price. ..🤔
@@TastyBRC I still have yet to run my r2105 or 2105 based engine but I was told take the break in very very slow and dont rev her to that last octave until at least 1.5 gallons to avoid piston skirt scuffing. I really like the look of the 2165 but I have yet to run it . The 2185 is a monster of a pipe , def the most powerful I have found for for new era pipes and it does out perform the 9886 at times with the same manifold,
Oh yeah, who painted your body?? I need to step my game up in the body department lol What plug were you running? I found the rp6 on 30% works best for me..tried the Sirio 6 off road but after long pulls it crapped out. Id prob run a P5 in your case for break in..should help stay lit

cool run and track champ😎👌
Thank you ✌️

I paint my bodyshells, its no pro paint job.
Rp6 for me too 👍 you are right probably a hotter glowplug would help
me either
A OS xrb is a bit more expensive and not as powerful but a better option IMO
