mine is a 6 speed automatic. c230 2007 says sports on the side but i was curious it has amg exhaust pipes what does that mean? is it consider an AMG?

07 Sport just got a lot of AMG-influenced upgrades, the AMG badging is more of a marketing tactic. It isn't an AMG, but it does have the prettier muffler you mentioned (not much louder), the C32 AMG front bumper, lowered ride height, upgraded brakes and sway bars, and some other little tweaks.
Not a true AMG, but also far from a typical C-class.

It's stock exhaust with the factory muffler chopped off and the Megan Racing one welded in it's place. This is the MU-MDT.

Just the muffler is replaced. Everything else forward is stock
