it depends...usually mid afternoon about an hour after the sand train clears the CSX track but it varies by day

Nice Video! Do you know what times the sand train normally runs? Because I know it runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I don't know if it runs at 8:00 AM or 2:00 PM for example
