Nice Vid man! I knew you shot some stuff while Tim and I chatted, but I didn’t know you shot the whole 1 take in that blistering heat. You’re a legend bro! Greetings from Chiang Mai!
I've attended this event since the first edition in 2019 and actually got to drive the black wide body 2002 with the gold centered BBSs last year. He almost crashed the car during the last session this year going on the power a bit too fast when entering the long straight. Fortunately it was just a spin and a broken front lip, no major damage. Shame I missed you, I was looking forward to seeing CreamPai in the flesh for the first time this year but got more luck this week when I visited Forza...
I was never a euro car guy being an Australian and we all had JDM cars I still have my 180SX fomrok 23yrs ago. I have a E36 325i M50TU with a few small mods like a E46 purple sterring rack she handles sweet though lacking boost still fun to drive.
I used to own a 1-series BMW E87 116i and it was a nice car. Like I lowered it, added new headlights, custom ECU, nice rims and so on but the gasoline prices went to some crazy prices. Now I have a Audi A6 C5 S-Line Avant with the 2.5 TDI V6 engine, the improved automatic gearbox and it smokes every kid in his Golf GTI and Porsche 911. I put a bigger turbo into it, put diesel fuel system cleaner by FORTE into the diesel tank every 5000km and it runs very well. However, it doesn't drift as well as the E87 but for those type of fun I'm thinking about getting a 2005 Mercedes E220 2.0CDI and modify the crap out of it since I seen one with some side panel and hood damages for like 300$. Sure it's still running but leaking coolant, putting some good car audio system and I have one friend who has like connection to suppliers who would put like a custom ECU with multiple maps, air suspension, better exhaust system and so many more things. Especially I can now afford getting back into car modding since I got a promotion, have to work like 4days a week but earn more than I did when I worked 6 days a week. I already would have a buyer for my Audi and it's a good friend of mine who wants to put a bigger engine into it and so on and he can't find this specific version of the audi where there's no corrosion on it. I actually had to buy mine from France and pay like 1000$ to transport it to Poland
The classic BMW's are beautiful machines with design and driving dynamics. BMW doesn't build them like they used to. Too much heavy technology and ecu's and sh$t. Great video - CB - Can you ship out some of Thailand's finest carbon fiber? My 1990 Miata needs some fenders, hood and front bumper. LMK.
Love to see a healthy 2002 scene. Whenever I take out my 1975 2002 it gets a lot of attention. A 2002 just stands out among the cookie cutter cars of today. Chad the issue you would have is the peddles, I have to be careful what shoes I wear as there isn't much room between the brake peddle and the gas peddle.
i know they sell seat tracks that are longer for mini coopers so that taller poeple can fit , you can probably find sumting like that for a bmw too , and a friend of mine had his seat changed so it sat lower to get him to fit the car , steering wheel can be replaced bij a slightly smaller one to give the knees room and can be extended to be able to sit further back (need to change the levers for lighing and indicator too) does mean no passenger behind the driver and probably that noone shorter could drive the car but you can fit a 2002 beamer around a 6.4ft person
I have owned one of those retro 2002 BMWs. You would fit no problem in the stock seat. There's tons of room inside. The ones in your video all have racing seats and I'm pretty sure they mounted them so smaller than you people would fit. 🙂
well done vid! smooth camera transitions. ¿ About how many people there could understand your Georgia English ? 🤠 Just wondering how many Thai folk speak some english.
not trying to disrespect creampie but shes been having a lot of issues it seems , besides that i wonder if you realy need all that power on the street in thailand it might be better to get a good bmw with a stock engine and the widebody kit nice interior paint and wheels and have the engine just detailed to keep it reliable and still looks like it been worked on , then get a second car with good roadholding , lowered with good shocks a racing seat and cage in a bare interior and on sticky tires without a licenceplate to do trackdays in , a car you can scratch or dent and repair for little money with a hammer and a spraican , put a turbo on it or have a bigger engine put in that it will cost you the purchaseprice of a "cheap" racecar / weapon and a spot to store or park it , a towhook on youre daily ride and a tow bar to use to pull the "racecar" to the track it might still give you more bang for the buck ah ok thats wat youre looing for...........
CreamPai* and it’s been very reliable. I’ve drive it to Malaysia and all over Thailand this year beating the sh1t out of it. Lately it’s had a couple issues and they were all very minor. I drive it(hard) 5-6 times per week so it’s going to need maintenance and things fixed. I’d rather that than not drive it.
All so dang clean. Although I had a 340 I’m also not into Bimmers but I appreciate them a lot. Those are the cleanest 2002s I’ve ever seen.

0:31 your motorbike is in the the background! I only noticed it because of Tim video.
Can't wait to plan a trip to Thailand just for the car scene, it has to be the best in the world right now... PURE ENTHUSIASTS!!!
I’m not a BMW fan but I can appreciate a good race car and there are some I’d love to take around the track.
I had a 2002 in the early '80s, man, it was such a fun car! I' d love to have another one!
So good more bmw.💯Many thanks. From Sweden...

@CB1TAKE we definitely do have BMW 1 series in the USA.

Another great one take .
Wow… 2002 heaven! Always wanted a 2002t back in the day🤓❤️
The green e46 is sweet!!
Dig the retro’s over the new style bmw’s
Chad! Stunning! So many Bimmers! Have you ever been in Munich's BMW World and factory? An amazing place.
00:58 Midnight E36 compact from @SandwishMedia channel
In the early days we had plenty 2002's doing rallycross, great times.
overall, my favorite car on the planet is an old 2002. Thanks Chad!

We did have the 1 series in the usa. But it wasnt a hatch. It was a coupe
One of those E30's wiith a hopped up K Series with about 500 wheel HP would make a near perfect track car. As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇
They all look sick!!

So damn cool - Thailand does it proper!
The crazy amount of 2002s,I am surprised that there wasn't any E9 coupes
Yea we have the 1 series BMW in the states. That thing looked a lot like an old M coupe.
Love the orange 2002
May I have more details of that 1 series F20. Thanks
WOO WOO WOO !!!

Touring she is! Nice line up of BMWs.
Honda scene never gets love ☹️
Half of the videos Chad makes always has a Honda on it or an Honda engine 🤔
You haven't really watched CB. Chad shines a lot for honda
Hondas are the majority of the modified car scene they been for years
Ok
@paul-martintandetzki731 because hondas deserve to be shined they are not real dream cars
We do have them BMW hatchback in the u.s
Where is this track?
Phone mic seems more directional than previous model.
You can have carb with turbo.
There's a sweet 2002 on craigslist for 30k
quickest way to piss money away track days
Handsdown Thailand is one of the best car scene on the planet
Hey Chad
Clutch…. cream pie just LET GO
Chad I left you a link for the price on one of those old school BMW...
BMW isn’t my brand but they sure do keep them clean
I want to move so bad.
Any advice for a 20 year old with some experience in automotive who wants to start a career in Thailand?
300K !?!? WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
We have 1 series in the US
Except we didnt get the 1series hatchback. Sad.
@@derrekjohnson777 so true
No models ?
😮
A 2000 Touring it's called.
By the way I'm from Florida... LoL 👍✌️👋👋
USA average price for 2002 $4000
Needing to be restored, very nice restore, up to $48,000
Not one that looks like these no way
if you want to k20 swap why wouldn't you just run an rsx
Because I also want rwd
Last
That's too bad about the clutch.
# 1000 like!
2002 bmw tricked out nice about $48 G's
not trying to disrespect creampie but shes been having a lot of issues it seems , besides that i wonder if you realy need all that power on the street in thailand
it might be better to get a good bmw with a stock engine and the widebody kit nice interior paint and wheels and have the engine just detailed to keep it reliable and still looks like it been worked on , then get a second car with good roadholding , lowered with good shocks a racing seat and cage in a bare interior and on sticky tires without a licenceplate to do trackdays in , a car you can scratch or dent and repair for little money with a hammer and a spraican , put a turbo on it or have a bigger engine put in that
it will cost you the purchaseprice of a "cheap" racecar / weapon and a spot to store or park it , a towhook on youre daily ride and a tow bar to use to pull the "racecar" to the track
it might still give you more bang for the buck
ah ok thats wat youre looing for...........

@@CBLive404 yeah ok i must have been mistaken by the amount of issues then , or its because you only mention the car when there IS an issue ☺
If it's a track car BMW 20 years old 30k max
A 20 year old BMW 20k us dollars
You got to get a carbon plenum for cream pie!
M4, 300K and ugly.
American muscle for me. But great video!!!!!!!!!!!!
American muscle for me too, and classic Euro cars, and 90’s JDM too.
