I am freaking chomping at the bit waiting on the smaller sizes to come out. This bait will be killer for long line trolling for crappie in a 2.3 - 2.5"
Yes indeed! She performed like a champ! That's two out of there that looked way bigger than the scale indicated... but I was also more than a little gitty that I caught it on a bigger bait - I'm sure I was big-eye'n it juuuuust a tad LOL!

I have in the past and its been a bit of a nightmare (sometimes taking as much as 5 months to arrive!), but I do appreciate the interest! The mold is by Epic Bait Molds, they do ship internationally. I'm certain you will making a video on the new 2.3 in slaybait as you usually are first. If possible can you show the action in the water...would also like to see the action. On the 3.3in slaybait. I want to love these but honestly I was under whelmed with the larger sizes and yeah I don't expect the same action as prey baits . Thank you ..love ur channel
I don’t have the 2.3 yet, would love to get it in the future. The action is purposefully subtle as it’s meant to be more of a quick “shimmy” than a wide boot tail/thump… something that more closely mimics the action of a real Shad/baitfish. This bigger version definitely has a wider kick just because of the sheer mass, but I expect the 2.3 will be more of a shimmy. Hopefully we’ll be able to see, assuming I get my hands on the new mold!
