    To the rule that the queen doesn't have to adhere to speed limits on the road and can "drive as fast as she likes"... It would be very selfish and dangerous to do so... Not just for her but for the lives of others on the road. Thank god she is respectful and doesn't!!

    Queen Elizabeth II is immune to prosecution of any kind, anywhere. In Great Britain because she's the sovereign and everywhere else she has diplomatic immunity also because of her status as royalty. She was raised to be the most disciplined, responsible woman on Earth. She holds HERSELF accountable and has lived her entire life without personal scandal EVER. Remarkable when you stop to think about it.

    • @charleswatson1093
      @charleswatson1093 5 лет назад +4

      classiclat No, she wasn't. Have a look at this:
      June 2015 saw the recirculation of a rather bizarre and far-fetched article from a year earlier - originally published on a number of disreputable web sites - holding that members of European royalty, government officials, and highly-placed clergy were taking part in “human hunting parties” during which they tracked down and killed naked children:
      The answer is that this story was completely fabricated; and the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ), also known as the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS), is a non-existent entity, nothing more than a “one-man blog that pretends to be a tribunal established to enforce common law”:
      The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (or ITCCS) is a one-man blog that pretends to be a tribunal established to enforce common law. Despite claims of being based in Brussels, the whole thing is written in Canada by Kevin D. Annett, a defrocked United Church of Canada minister.
      At the heart of the “organization” is something Annett calls the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ), which is rather similar to those “common law courts” sometimes set up by freemen-on-the-land, right down to the “citizen jurors”. This court exists only on Annett’s blog.
      With the ITCCS, Annett attempts to mimic genuine international organisations, and is actually good enough at this to have fooled a few normal people (and a lot of raving conspiracy-prone nutters) into thinking there’s anything at all to this. He produces very nicely-formatted, official-looking documents and everything. Annett has “convicted” two consecutive Popes of genocide and child trafficking, issuing “international arrest warrants” for them. He has also issued a proclamation dissolving Canada, which he has replaced with the Republic of Kanata.

The Queen would NEVER truly get involved in government, especially with how that whole mess turned out. If you actually research into it, you would find that The Queen was very upset about what occurred and how her authority was used without her knowledge.

    The Voice of the crown (the HRH QUEEN Elizabeth) cannot break rules, because they are held by the crown.
    Just like a passport is singed in by the crown, So are the laws.
    The crown is basically the Mother/Father to its subjects.
    So, as parents would say, “Do as I say and not as I do!!!!”.
    The voice of the crown (the Queen) looks after her children (Her Subjects) to the best of her ability and yes, you may not like the rules but if you disagree with them and go against them, you will be punished.
    Anyone can disagree with them, if you do though, you have to go to your local MP and have it put through Parliament, the House of Lords and then HRH The Queen.
    To which then, she would make the best decision towards her subjects.

    The River Thames?? I’m cringing on the pronunciation. This was drilled into our heads since elementary school, and I’m American.

    • @livndays45
      @livndays45 6 лет назад +3

      To be fair, it is spelled stupidly. It should be spelled Tems considering how we pronounce it. I’m English btw.

      Paul McPherson If you have a time machine then you can go back in time and tell the Romans to spell it 'Tems' instead of 'Thames'.

    What you Americans do not understand is a lot if the laws quoted don't apply to the Queen as an individual but to the Crown which as an institution is part of the state. The Queen is the figure head of the crown

  • @nou898

    It’s ridiculous that this one person is considered to be “better” than everyone else just because of who they were born to. She never has to deal with hardship, and she’s literally above the law. And if you want her to be subject to the law, you have to ask her, and of course she will say no. It’s a broken system. Just wait until someone comes along that will abuse that power. “Royalty” shouldn’t exist. Everyone is equal and should be treated as such. Stop giving her fancy coats and jewelry to wear and start feeding the homeless. Thank you.

    Correction @ 0:45 Not paying tax is called Tax Evasion. Tax Avoidance is fine and legal. For example putting more money into your pension pot so you don't get taxed more is tax avoidance. But making £20,000 and not telling HMRC about any of it is Tax Evasion and it's a bad no no.

    Bona Vacantia is left to The Crown which is quite a different matter from the Queen. The Queen doesn't own anything belonging to the Crown as the Crown is in fact, the nation of the UK. Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, the Tower of London, Hampton Court, these Royal Palaces all belong to the Crown, i.e. to the Nation. The Queen only owns Sandringham House in Norfolk and Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire.

    Good on Queen Elizabeth for paying taxes. It doesn't make sense that the poor are taxed and the most wealthy, who have more, are not. I received an inheritance and was placed into the highest tax bracket in the US, and the government is taking a good chunk of my money. I need that money more than they do, as they will most likely just spend it towards something frivolous and unnecessary. It's not like I will receive that kind of money ever again in my lifetime, or make that kind of money yearly, however like the Bible says, money will sprout wings and fly away. ref: Proverbs 23:5

    The queen can break the law cos she can’t go to court as it is formed in her name and parliament is also under her control
