This is the side of the car market that ppl rarely talk about. I’m looking for a car rn but your situation is a big eye opener for me. I appreciate your honesty fr. Thank you
No disrespect but why would you buy a 2017 q60 for 40k with 70k miles and 6 previous owners you should’ve got that car for like 25k at least, their some 2019 q60 rs for 40k with less then 50k miles and with 1 owner I just think payed more then u needed to
The dealership he bought the car from, absolutely shafted him. That’ would have been the MOST expensive q60 non red sport in the country even taking into account the used car market bubble due to new car inventory not being their. 40k regardless for a 2017 q60 pure/luxe is crazy…😂😂 70,000 miles on top of it is nuts 🤦 working at a infiniti dealership we had red sports with around 30k miles 2017-18 for 33k 34k 35 max
@@JH-um3ef I just priced a 2016 red sport q50 yesterday for 24.5 after all the fees came up just 30.5 with 59,000 n change on the dash so yeah for the base he got bamboozled 😂
I personally traded in my q50 rs for a Mustang GT now I’m almost fbo on e85 and making almost 500 whp. I personally it’s really worth it. 10 speed btw.
I just got a 2017 q60 premium w 28k miles on it. 3 months in and I’m in love w the car overall 😅❤️ I got it in the factory gold color called solar Mica
Was your car overheating originally? Is that what led you to checking the coolant levels? I never paid attention to my coolant levels but I noticed it’s sitting right at the min level.
You were underwater for real. My advice don't buy no car now cause its all overpriced. You'll be underwater again in the near future. Unless its new at msrp, there are hardly good deals right now. Stack money for the down payment. That way you'll be in a better position when you sell the next one or trade it in.
I just came across your channel because I was looking to buy a Infiniti Q60s red Sports. And I live in California I saw that a true dealership near me to have a few left 2022. I saw your video on you said that you had a few problems with it do you recommended
the GTR literally has 550hp and there are videos showing Q60rs with just a tune and exhaust with down pipping beating the GTR so I'm pretty sure the GTR wouldn't meet your expectations
@@Gbackend I traded in my 2016 honda accord for $9700 and got a 2018 q60 with 16k miles for $23,000. Paid for a warranty too for $4155. Thinking of selling and getting a 2024 honda accord
Get a 2014 or 15 Kia optima SXL Turbo it’s just a little 4 banger turbo, but if you get the lap three tune with the blow off valve and a strut brace bar that thing is going to be a sleeper I promise you I was gaping RT chargers on the highway and from stop lights and there is no speed limiter unlike my old Maxima that only had a speed limit of 135 mph the Kia, though I got that thing up to 154 miles an hour and still climbing
Damn i came here for a honest review and i appreciate your imput but honestly I dont think its valid considering how wherever you bought the car from fucked you over big time, im in the market for one myself. Idk if you knew any better so i gotta take your input w a grain of salt… 2017? (Worst year for the model) 70k miles?? Come on now. 5-6 PREVIOUS owners?? Hudge red flag
I have a 22 Q60 RS rear wheel drive, owned for two years now with no issues. Imo it's still one of the best looking coupes out there, and the compliments and looks I get lets me know others admire the car. The controls are well laid out, the seats are comfortable, and I like the two screens. The power is more than adequate for driving on public roads. Got the opportunity once to drive a closed road and at 140 it felt like 80. I've owned a Q45t, XJ8, 750Li, E350, and G37S all good cars but this Q60 RS is my favorite. It's not perfect though they should have made it with a manual transmission and given it the exhaust note of the G37S. If you want a car that's fun to drive, looks great, and has reasonable maintenance cost Q60 RS is a very good option.
U just messed up cause these car ain't in production no more. Every car has its time. And these turbo Qs, u going be sorry......🤣 Hold on to ur Qs people! Japan's got a plan!
Halfway thru and this is wild to hear.. The first production year ALWAYS comes with issues ('17). But whatever.. You bought this 5yro car with 5 previous owners, 50k+ miles, at $40k.. And compared the car's performance bone stock to a Z06 & GTR 🤔 as a reason you're getting rid of it. Be honest.. You got played like a fiddle.
Not comparing stock performance obviously we all know it’s a no brainer, I said from driving those cars back to mine which is stock just wasn’t the same even if I were to tune still wouldn’t feel the performance that I’m looking for.
@@Gbackend That's a wild statement. Again how are you possibly comparing a 50k car to a 100k+ car. You also were expecting more views but how? You only have 3k subs on a bone stock Q60 and just a heads up.. Your Q vids got more views than your "dream car" vids 😂🤦♂️. Cmon man, you can smell the cap a mile away lol
Non red sport, without the turbo blades and tune it isn’t a baby red sport, working at an infiniti dealership the extra 100hp and diff suspension the red sport brings really makes the car

I’m currently looking at a 2017 q60 3.0 w 28k miles for 33k 😅 hopefully all goes well 🤞🏼
Honestly I appreciate you saying the truth about the loan and everything I’m on a similar boat

q60 was my dream car & i got it thinking the content would go up with it but all yt algorithm likes is hellcats & trackhawks😂
Infinities honestly any other brand then American muscle is better at this point
I just got a 2017 q60 premium w 28k miles on it. 3 months in and I’m in love w the car overall 😅❤️ I got it in the factory gold color called solar Mica
Enjoy
Man’s couldn’t keep up with them payments.
Appreciate the transparency bro and sorry to hear about all the problems you had with the Q60. What car did you change to now?
Crazy my car just got a total loss n I’m actually in the market feeling the same way
40k on a 2017 car with 70k miles....bruh 😳
I like your marketing strategy and how you using what you got and knowing what you doing next keep goin 🔥
Was your car overheating originally? Is that what led you to checking the coolant levels? I never paid attention to my coolant levels but I noticed it’s sitting right at the min level.
There’s nothing in the 40k price range that’s going to feel like z06s, or GTRs
I been watching you for sometime now keep up the good work 🔥🔥🤟🏽

Love the vids, keep it up man
Appreciate it will do
What did it cost to maintain? It’s my dream car but it doesn’t seem like a good daily
same here man
Maintance isn't bad, especially if you do it yourself. Don't cheap out on oil filters and use a good synthetic. It's a great daily.
Bruh it’s little to no cost for maintenance great daily I gotta q60 Abd I haven’t had a single problem since 2019
It’s q60 base model should’ve got a red sport
First off why you buy the first year of a car release that’s always the year that has the most problems
the GTR literally has 550hp and there are videos showing Q60rs with just a tune and exhaust with down pipping beating the GTR so I'm pretty sure the GTR wouldn't meet your expectations
Straight line performance is only 1 dimension of sport vehicles
How much horsepower was your q60
Only buy a vr30 2019+
its my dream car bro but these problems people be going thru kinda ruining it for me , what were the problems you faced?
just don’t get a 2017 model & you should be good if u don’t beat on the car everyday
😢 just bought a q now this news is sad
brah this mindset gonna keep you broke 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
