How To Make Delicious Beef Tacos| A Quick & Easy Meal| Sofa Dinner| Friends Over For Dinner

Total cooking time: 45 minutes
Beef Taco ingredients
Ground beef
Chicken stock
Taco shells or tortilla wraps
Homemade taco - thyme, oregano, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic and onion granules, salt and black pepper
Gochujang
Mustard (I used Colman’s}
Onion
Garlic
Scotch bonnet pepper
Bell peppers
Olive oil + small piece of butter to fry tortilla warps
Passata or tinned tomatoes
Lea Perrin (Worcestershire sauce)
Spicy Taco Fajita mix
Sour cream
Four cheeses mix blend
Baby gem lettuce (use whatever lettuce you have at hand)
Cucumber
Homemade tomato salsa
Parsley and coriander - chopped
Sweet corn
Avocado
Half of a red onion for the salsa
Jalapeños
Lime
Sriracha sauce (optional) to squeeze over the tacos at the end

If you want the actual taste of my beef taco then you will need to use the same ingredients I used and, I promise, you won’t be disappointed because they were absolutely tasty. Of course if you have an aversion to any of the spices used in this dish please feel free to omit and add what you like but it will not taste the same as mine.
