Biggest Courgette I’ve EVER seen! Outdoor Cooking | Courgette Masala | VEGAN | ALLOTMENT TO PLATE

In this episode, Me & my 1 year old found some freshly picked courgettes in the Allotment Spares box, so we chose to do switch it up a bit & make a family favourite recipe known as Tori Masala or Courgette curry. We hope you doubt mind the subtle London rain in the background. Please do try yourself & let us know how it turns out!
Ingredience amounts:
5 Table spoons of oil
3 Medium sized Courgettes or 2 Large
2/3 Large Onions
4 Medium tomatoes
2 green Chillies
4 cloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon of grated ginger
Coriander finely chopped to taste.
1 small charcoal lump
Spices:
2 teaspoons of salt
2/3 teaspoons of red chilli powder
2 teaspoons of tumeric
2 teaspoons of crushed coriander seeds
2 teaspoons of ground roasted cumin seeds.
