    Great video! I’ve been thinking about this exhaust for years now… still haven’t pulled the trigger.

    sounds great but you skipped over the important part. what is the mod? How do you do it

    • @footbig18
      @footbig18 3 года назад +6

      You don't do the mod you contact the company give them your cars info and they send you a modified stock muffler for your car with around the same miles on it and when you get the modified one you remove your stock one put it in the box and send it back to them, then they will modify yours and send it to the next customer rinse and repeat

    Hey man, it's been a while now, are you still happy with the Carnewal? Any drone issues? I just picked up a '10 CS and am debating PSE, Topgear and this Carnewal. Looks like the TG exhaust was unbearable though, so trying to sort out if this is the way to go or double for the PSE. Thanks

      @@132ksg awesome! Thanks so much for the quick reply. I'll probably just go this route then as it seems like a perfect comprise between the too quiet stock and open valved obnoxious. Thanks again and enjoy! :)

    Nice car nice sound, definitely worth the effort. It's just a pity you have those hideous bumpers either side of the number plate. Thankfully, we don't have them on European Porsches.

    Please explain what was done to this stock exhaust to make it sound great. How would one of your subscribers go about taking this route. Where did you purchase the exhaust from? Thanks

      I got this used off a forum. If you search there are people who claim to know how this mod is done, but I'm not one of them unfortunately. The original creator of the exhaust was a company called carnewal

    With a title like "modified stock exhaust " I assumed it was DIY mod... The video did not explain or show that you just replaced the entire exhaust with a new one that was modified at a factory.
    That is why so many complain that you did not show the mod. Video should explain better what it is and that it is not a mod you do at home yourself.

  • @ozisharks2443

    pretty useless video when you dont actually explain what was modified

    • @132ksg
      @132ksg  3 года назад +10

      The title of this video isn't "How to modify a stock exhaust." The video is perfectly fine as a comparison of and story about picking an exhaust for my car. There's enough info there for you to do your own research, but since I'm a nice guy Ill help you out with a link: is.gd/JLzUwJ
