I find attachment with religion because of logical truth (knowing what the truth is): for instance, one big truth would be how Islam is the only religion that is conserved and has never been changed, and there’s evidence for this at the University of Birmingham where they hold the oldest Qur’an. Another would be that God must be one and only since if he had partners (which he doesn’t), it would imply that god was made, negating the fact that he’s god, hence, the oneness of god. I forgot to eat early dawn breakfast so I did 23 hrs fast, I did prayer then read Quran for three hrs, went supermarket, walked two hours, made lunch for my children then 2nd of five prayer, cooked 2hrs then 3rd prayer, cleaned house, 4thr prayer, iftar to break fast, then 4th prayer. Followed by tea then taught physics to my daughter then 5 th night which is extra long in Ramadan. prayer and that's normal day. Prayer gives us mental strength and peace. Salam. We worship the one god Allah, who created all of us and everything else. From UK.
