🙉0:33 you only eat these in suhor ! Everyday I eat a bowl of rice. With curry. After I finish one bowl, my mother force me to eat another bowl of rice😅. With milk and dates or Bananas. And drink a lot of water. Believe me or not I eat my suhor from 3:30 to 4:10(usually for 30 minutes) . Then I pray fajar Salah. And go to the bed for sleep at about 4:30. Then wake up at 7 am ..............................
how do u manage to fast after working out at suhur with,😂 i get fucked up for the entire day if i workout first thing in the morning, and by the time iftar rolls around m😵
