I have taken larger pieces, starting around 1:33:35, like this to decorate my outside garden. I, too, have that love of nature and giving things a rustic, whimsical feeling.
I’m with you all the way on this whole “Nature a Crafts” thing! Both Forrest & Beach! Seems to me, that I it’s hard to outdo what God Himself has made! Thanks for your delightful lessons, they certainly do get me all excited !!! ❤❤❤
I don't know why anyone would try to put you down...this is my first time watching your videos and I loved every project you did! The fairy 🧚♀️ home was amazing!! Loved the cute little bunny home as well!! Thanks for all the great ideas! ❤
These little scenes that you make remind me of dioramas that we made in school when I was a child. We would take a shoebox and lay it on it's side with the opening facing us. You could paint the box, cut up brown paper bags and cover it or use contact paper (if you had it). You just used what you had to cover the writing, etc., that was on the box. Then, put your scene or make a room inside the box. You could leave the front open or save the lid and make a window. If you wanted to get fancy and were really good with scissors, you could give your window a scalloped edge. Just a flash from the past! I really enjoy watching your process and that everything is not store bought. Reminds me of old school crafting. 🙂👍
You are so near to my heart, saying how you love the bits of Nature that lay around fields and forests. The dead bits of wood, there is nothing more fascinating by looking closely at the piece of wood and how it formed whilst drying. We are taking parts of a dead forest and bringing them to life in our homes again. On my sons farm, there are bushes near the mountains, untouched part of the land because of its beauty, now these bushes die off and their barks twists like a ringlet. I have collected so many pieces and transform them into little gardens, great for placing teeny owls in them.
I absolutely love all of these..I'm a 66 year old crafter and country child. I love working with native findings. Makes my heart happy seeing you do these. Thank you for your time and talent. Please continue. Ps. The wood and conks, turkey tails can be put in the oven on lowest setting to get the bugs out. I put them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 20 / 30 min for turkey tail. The concks take more time. The bigger they are. An hour or two is usually enough. The bugs will fall off on the paper. Have fun and enjoy.
I love all of your sweet videos! Every one of them have practical tips & ways to adapt! I never realized that you're a nurse! I've been a nurse for nearly 48 years now & was a NICU nurse in a pediatric hospital for most of my career until I had an on the job injury for which I had to give up my beloved career! Thank you for sharing your creative ideas & helping your viewers feel that they can accomplish these projects!
Love love watching your channel. I started my pool fairly garden. Found some wood logs in yard and some moss that grows everywhere in my yard. Drying it. Going to use in logs to make fairy stuff
As this video was going on I found myself making up little stories with each piece. I just went into another world with the fairy door. They were all amazing. But the mushroom fairy bark was just awesome.

I so loved this entire video, l have always enjoyed the look of miniature in a project, just adds whimsy and sweetness! Don’t know that l have a fav exactly, but do love the ones using natures gifts, tree bark, and old wood, they turned our so pretty. Thank you for sharing your wonderfully creative mind with us. I love your fairy decor! I also support you. Your ideas are fresh and I love them. I like your commentary! Haters are going to be haters, we just have to ignore them. We have our own ideas and some just can't understand!
The cream color wood with the holes is dead cholla wood not cactus, it's used in aquariums but starts breaking down eventually from the water, it's shelter for shrimp and their babies etc... You used it beautifully for that craft, I love your work... Keep up the great job... Take care and stay safe out the... I'm Loretta from Texas...
Yes seriously! Exactly how I work! My vision is my vision and it doesn’t matter how others see the results. But the fun part is when someone sees it and likes, love and even buys it! What fun!
The Santa trailer is my favorite and next is the Santa papered box. Such cute ideas. So clever dressing the skeleton as a "witch". The "Angel" piece started out so plain until up dressed it up and it came alive.

I just found this video collection and I am in LOVE!! I am so inspired! Never thought about making crafts from nature but it is a fantastic idea!! One question tho; do you do anything to the bark, fungi or wood prior to using to make sure there are no “unwanted visitors “ coming in the house?
Love the fairy home. I had to laugh when you first put the bird nest on the bark, I thought it doesn’t look secure, then you added the sticks, so it would be secured, that is so me. 😂Love watching you.
Ohhhh my, HOLLA with the darn menopause!! Ugggg, the hot flashes are like my own personal summer that comes and goes with a mind of it's own! Lol.
