sir may I know if the automotive company is still producing new vehicles and try to get sales from the customer . But the companies is facing loss and cut some production of their vehicles. This belong to which strategy?
Thank you sir, I have a question, if company Already use expansion strategy (merger &acquisition) and they face financial recovery issues because of Providing profits to stakeholders, and economic condition is good they have potential risk of competitors in the future, and also they wish to expand more so they should use stability OR retrenchment strategy?
Sorry for late reply, When a company is already in expansion strategy and face the financial recovery issues will no longer can continue the same strategy. In that case the company either sell off the unit to others or go for M&A, if these options are not possible finally adopt retrenchment strategy. Future retail is the best example in which Aditya birla planned for extensive expansion but indebted the company and finally is in deal with Reliance.
