When I was in Alaska in the early 80s camping with my grandparents we use to spray our cloths arms legs almost everything down with Raid or Black Flag that way they started to die when they landed on us. Often wondered about the safety long term? But it worked great. One time up by the arctic circle they were so thick out side the tent you could actually see the shadowing of the swarms of them through the fabric of the tent.

Floyd, here in philippines, we are trying to control the population of the mosquito due to dengue virus. so, we use Sandalwood incense, effective in killing them. I wonder how on earth there's a mosquito in a freezing place. But that tennis killing mosquito is an epic one.
