Jagdish is famous for bakharwadi but garlic one is superlative. You tried Lilvani kachori which is best. But peda you should have tried from Duliram which you crossed in your video at 11:14/15. It is better to always go for normal khaman and not nylon one.

That is the big misconception that Dhokla and Khaman are same. But both are different. Dhokla made from soaked Rice and Chana dal batter, Khaman made from Gram flour. And that white Dhokla is called इदड़ा (almost like idli). And Sev Usal is love. I frequently go to Vadodarq from Ahmedabad just for Sev Usal.
Hotel pe jo khaman aya tha wo Nylon khaman nahi tha, usko Gujarati me "Vati Dal Khaman" (pisi hui dal se bana khaman) kehte hai. Wo thoda sa tight hota hai Nylon khaman se. But I personally like Vati Dal Khaman more. Nylon khaman tastes more sweet. You visited 'Jagdish Foods pvt ltd' shop, which is separated from the OG one. OG one are now 'Jagdish Farsan pvt ltd'. Though this place is also good. And you missed their regular bhakarwadi and Lilo Chevdo.
Jay Mahakali Sev usal Kirti Stambha se shuruat hui. Wahi unki restaurant bhi hai and unki ek aur branch L&T circle bhi hai. Uske siva apko har 2nd Sev Usal wala Mahakali ke name se milega but wo sare farzi hai (Don't know usme se shayad kisi ka taste achcha bhi hoga but wo OG to nahi hi hai.)
