I really enjoy the detail you put into these videos. I haven't done cool hatches like this but I will most def refer back to this when I do. Thanks for the content!!!
I use your videos as a go to as I try to restore my d boat. You videos are in my eye are the best education instructional on the internet that you for doing this
For attaching the ball joint to the angle price, I would recommend using a bolt with nylon lock nuts & not just a screw. Those screws can come loose over time & it would be a pain to get down there to tighten them back up.
Hey man I have a question that may be kinda dumb but do you think it would be okay to use wood as the support for the deck and use aluminum for the deck piece. I’m asking this because I feel like wood would be easier for me to use.

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Good luck on your boat.
Attention to details is what you can take pride in. Awesome vid bro. Let me know if you are looking for investors to open up a TBN garage.. 👍🏼
Thanks man. I might need to for boat builds too big for my garage.
More great stuff! Thank you 🙏
Thanks. 🤙🏾👍🏾
You do a great job explaining details. I’m guessing you’re a teacher or professor.
Thanks... I'm not but my Dad is lol. Maybe it rubbed off on me 😃

One question, where did you get the caps?
Why did you choose to put screws in the lid for the strut brace instead of Rivets?
Yesir!

latched are water proof? I mean water can go under hull thru the latches?

You could. Wood and aluminum play nicely. Wood is heavier but if you're ok with that go for it.
Where did you get your hydraulic arms? What brand are they?

I also putt links in the description of the video for everything I used.
Thank you sir
The directions say to have the rods going the other way (rid down). Why do you do them the way you do?
Do you rivet the hatch frame to the boat? If not, why?
Nates hatches are pre-rivetted together.
bamm.
Yu creepy bro, Yu me🙈😏🤷🤦
