I still get the chills everytime I watch the whole opening act of this episode, probably the most well executed scene on TV ever. And that soundtrack oooooof
Yea the soundtrack is a huge reason that this show makes you feel those emotions and really connects you to the characters and show in a whole, like when they play that song at the end of the episode of the red wedding, and when Joffrey chokes to death on his own blood an vomit. Or the other soundtrack when Danny n Tyrion are sailing across the narrow sea with her dragons flying over head they have that intense music. It really adds to the show and makes this show probably the best show ever made. I really enjoyed True Detective S1 but that show didn’t nearly have the soundtrack that this had, maybe even none at all I can’t remember

"What? Now? Today?" I think that might be my favourite line delivery in the show. The mix of genuine surprise, glee, cruelty, depravity and victory is just swimming in Lena's voice and smile and even though you might hate Cersei, you can't help but share in her joy here, even if just for a moment.
Omg, I was JUST about to say the same thing. Its my favorite cersei line, because its almost done with comic timing. Its perfect. She completely destroys that woman’s indignant noble sacrifice in such a dismissive way. Cersei’s most badass moment. Lol.
Lena Headey has consistently been one of the best actors on this show, which is saying something considering it’s full of amazing actors. Her performance during The Walk of Shame and then in this episode are my standouts. All Hail the Mad Queen Lena, of House Headey!
Of all those three Myrcella didn’t deserve too die. She was strong, beautiful, and didn’t have any hate and wasn’t confused like Tommen. Could’ve made an excellent Queen. Given the right people along side her.
Also fun fact. They intentionally never used Piano on the show until this scene, which is why it feels like something weird is going to happen the whole time
