In deze video leg ik een aantal verschillende mogelijkheden van onze Peg Looms uit.
O.a. welke stokjes bij welke materialen te gebruiken en enkele verschillen met een “gewoon" weefgetouw.

I'm in the process of making myself a peg loom. I watched this video and love your work. Wish you would make some new ones so that we could see your beautiful work better. That one way you were weaving I've never seen done on a peg loom. It's very interesting. I have never done peg loom weaving before and would like to make a rug with the wool fleece. Good video would like to see more from you. Even though I don't understand your language I was able to understand a lot of what you were doing. Thank you for your videos.

We are a small artisan company in The Netherlands. I suppose we could ship to the US (I would have to look into that), but it would probably be more expensive for you than ordering one in the US.

sehr schönes video . Habe den letzten Teil mit den verschiedenen Seiten probiert. Sieht bei mir ganz anders aus. Nicht wie gestrickt.Ob sie wohl den Teil nochmals langsamer und vielleicht von beiden Seiten erklären könnten. mir sind auch die 3 schlingen am anfang der reihen nicht klar. Liebe Grusse Maren
Hello Maren,
I do this stitch a little different nowadays.
It is called 'soumak'.
When I weave from the left side to the right side, I wrap the yarn 1 time over and around my left vinger.
Then I place the tip of my finger on top of the peg and let the loop of yarn slide on to the peg. Repeat until the end of the row.
I used to do the slings around the last peg, but not anymore.
Now I do 1 extra loop in the way I just described around the last peg in the row.
Then I start weaving from the right side to the left side.
I wrap the yarn over and around my right finger and let the loop slide over the 2th(!!) peg. And I make my way back to the left.
(this might look strange at first, but just try a few rows )
Again give the last peg 2 loops and when you weave to the right again, start on the 2th peg.

Volgens mij hoor ik een heel tevreden poes spinnen op de achtergrond😂
Zo lijkt het wel hè?! 😄 (en er zijn ook 2 tevreden katjes in ons huishouden) Maar het is het motortje van de zoomfunctie van de camera 😁
