The Lego K7 model was designed and built by my 12 year old daughter (11 when she built it) and donated almost a year ago. She has always been fascinated with Bluebird and spent many months collecting blue Lego and building the model 👍
Coniston is just the place that tragedy occurred, Bluebird raced in other places in the world. Has the museum set up any information about the men and women who restored Bluebird, or are they too self righteous to give credit where credit is due?..
Lovely new wing to the Ruskin Museum The only thing missing is the fully restored Bluebird K7 It's tragic, why it's hasn't been returned as It was originally agreed . Bill Smith has claimed part ownership, which is nonsense . It was gifted by the Campbell family to the museum . The restoration was part funded by public donations & parts donated Oh, and promises given by Bill Smith which he had no right to do without permission. If a person finds & gains the keys to a council house, they buys new carpets ,paint & curtains A friend donates some wallpaper & pictures . The place looks a like a new pin, when finished. Lives there for 20 years, more decorating .... pays his rent on time. After all this work ,time and 20 years of rent It's still owned by the council .... You wouldn't say to council I am now part ower of this property.
I have tried to stay impartial in the video, reflecting on the atmosphere and how I felt, as the legal conversations were happening. Thanks for watching and sharing your view.
