Serious question - how does the game mimic your mates voices? Is it something your mates have said previously during the game (that's been recorded by the game) or is it actually something like AI using your mates voice?
A list of fun moments I've experienced with the skinwalker mod: Brakken saying "well that's unfortunate." A second before snatching our last guy. Me and one other person are left alive. They die in front of me, and almost instantly, I hear their voice coming from another room: "Well! Let's get to it!" That was a Brakken, which later killed me. A Baboon hawk hops towards the ship, looks at our computer guy, and loudly announces: "I'm at the ship." A maskless mimic attempts to fool me by calling "mic check." Only realized it was a trick because multiple people on my radio were telling me to run.
the skinwalkers have some weird (probably coincidental) sass to them for some reason i saw a video (don't remember the name or channel) where a flowerman snuck up on someone and said "it's gonna be a fun ride..." that and your "well that's unfortunate" encounter are hilarious, hopefully this can become an official feature
@@LiMe251 theres a mod currently that makes the masked impossible to tell apart from a normal person, even using modded outfits. I think the only thing is, I'd want the waist or something kinda hard to see to show it. Mask is easy to see, something less easy lol

My funniest experience with the skinwalker mod was when i was the only one left alive and was sneaking back to the ship and then i hear a eyeless dog say, in my friends voice, "i wonder if i can befriend a slime" which is exactly what he said before dying to the slime that same quota XD
The skinwalker mod was inspired by another youtuber called Teo. He played Lethal Company and theorised how good it would be if there was a monster who used other player’s voices. One of his stream viewers picked up on this and developed the mod.
my favourite experience with the skinwalker mod was when a mimic came out of the building on march (we had brutal and hullbreaker company enabled) and I immediately raised a shovel and tried killing it, all while it said “I’m scared, I don’t like this anymore :(“ in my friends voice, the best part is, I killed it before it tried attacking me, so it was going the opposite way the whole time
Giving a monster your voices is terrifying, but not as much as someone with a sign/shovel. Also kinda surprised at how efficient you guys are, can barely make it to quota 3 with my bois cause there's like 2 people multitasking everything while everyone else sees a shadow and bolts off (and falls to a pit) then calling the early leave. Love em mf's. SkadiAlt, man of fine taste.
if you play more, remember that you can survive the firing if you place a ladder in the ship to block the decompression suck. no idea what happens afterwards, but i would at least make for a nice clip.

if you know what im talking about- in the mandela catalogue (vol 2 i think), where jonah and adam are doing their ghost-alternate-hunting-thing. theres a part where on the walkie talkie, one of their voices screams "OH MY GOD BEHIND YOU" over and over. i think it would be fantastic if in this game, there was something like that. a monster inside the facility that repeats or loops walkie parts ominously to the person it's targeting. or even- it could just repeat random parts and mute the actual walkie, making the person in the facility think they're talking to the person while the other tries in vain to get the person to understand it's *Not Them*. it would also be interesting to not only have the fake walkie, but have the target become invisible to everyone else, and they also can't see anyone- like a solitary limbo in the map they familiarized themselves with, but they're all alone, and everyone else in the facility would just wonder where they went. they'd have to find a special escape or something to return to the normal facility before they die or something idk i'm not sure if i've worded this coherently in any way, but its hard to get this thought out on paper. no, i do not expect this to be made a mod or added to the normal game. i just thought it was interesting as hell, especially considering the other stuff my half-assed brain comes up with
The mods make the game a whole new experience and it really is so chaotic and so fun. Glad to see you and your friends are experiencing that exact chaos first hand this was hilarious~

I saw a yippee bug tell me to come closer in my buds voice. I walk around the corner and they had my friend's body piled up with their loot and like 4 yipees. Scariest fking moment of my time in the game. Skinwalker mod is amazing sometimes.
The skin Walker mod reminds me of the predator from the movie predator (I have only seen the first one) where the predator mimicking the other people voices in the same way.
My friend was being eaten by a Forest Giant so he decided to give the mimics some voicelines while he was dying. At the same time, in the mansion, I'm staring down a Coil that tells me "Hey, it's me, (his name), and I'm definitely not a mimic!" And then I get shot
hey excuse me how do you find servers on modded lethal company? regardless if i have all my mods on or just bigger lobby/ more company mod 95% of the time when i click to join a lobby every time, everyday, i get the "an error Occured" message and can NEVER play Lethal company unless on vanilla only, and yes everything is updated, i use thunderstore mod manager, any help would be apreciated
So far, every time I've found a Jester I've brought it to my teammates saying I found a friend. When they scream at me I call them prejudiced and when it kills everyone I blame them for insulting him. I'm really annoying!
One fun experience i had with the Skinwalker Mod We went into the facility and in the dark corridors with brick walls there were like 80 "YIPEES" coming from the darkness and we were saying yippee back and jumping and someone stepped on a landmine and we all blew up and all we heard was "yippee!" and the whole crew was laughin loud as hell 😂 (The guy on the ship was so confused and after 2 minutes he dipped)
I don´t know who can relate, but this kinda brought me back too my "youth". It reminds me so much of the old Vanoss Gaming GTA 5 videos. Good old times!
