I don't know why, but I found this hilarious. The way the characters are outrageously huge and take up the entire screen, simply beating the shit out of each other while getting hit. Plus, there's a ton of stuff flying all over the damn screen and a ton of transformations taking place, it's just so absurd.

Onslaught kicked ass here. He was able to kill Abyss's first two forms twice and his last form once before going down.
This wasn't a fair fight. Onslaught had already beaten all three forms of abyss

If you look closely at 3:08, you can see Abyss’s face in his final form when he sinks in his 2nd phase.

That first attack parry looked way more badass then it should've.
So basically all three forms of Abyss have to be defeated EACH ROUND for Abyss to be defeated that round (with the following rounds needing all three Abyss forms defeated in order again), where as Onslaught enters his OP 2nd form only after being defeated after one round and retains that for all following rounds. Christ Marvel.

Notably though Abyss only had a single round in his game, period.
Found out thru gameplay. First round try to survive til you get to abyss third form and die on the first round. Second round the abyss will appear in Third form less of hassle.
You can edit Onslaught's Config file so he uses both forms in the every round

Referring more to how you need to chew through all three of Abyss's forms for a round, whereas one of Onslaught's forms counts as a round all by itself.

The blending of Onslaught's theme and Abyss's 1st theme is excellent! they compliment each other perfectly!
Onslaught has no chance because you only fight one form per round but abyss has you fight all 3 forms in one round, and onslaught has two forms where abyss has three.

Yeah Onslaught completely outclasses Abyss without the having to start in his second form after beating abyss.
To all saying Xslaught should've done better by coding both of Onslaught's forms into one round, he did.
1.Go into Onslaught's Config.txt file
2.Look for ";trigger1 = (FVar(31) := 1) + 1 ; Form 1 - Resurrection on"
3.Remove the first semi-colon.
4.Ctrl + S.
When Onslaught transforms I usually misshear “No one listened”.
I like to think that’s the case, as if Onslaught wanted to settle things peacefully, but it was the heroes who didn’t try to reason.
It does sound like that, but what he's really saying is "no one is safe"

I remember those 2nd onslaught eyebeams were pretty OP. The jab version could do an infinite combo, and if you do it fast enough none of the mvc characters could do anything except be chipped to ko...

I don’t really like mugen battles because a lot of them are over the top but this battle perfectly captures each of the bosses battles in perfect form without making them look ridiculous.

Onslaught merecía ser el ganador, se chingo a las 3 formas de Abyss y luego venció de nuevo su primera y segunda forma, fue trampa que otra vez Abyss comenzara el round desde su primera forma.
6:15: Pobre Onslaught, viene de matar a Abyss como 5 veces y parece que da un grito de desesperación cuando nota que Abyss se levanta de nuevo.
Yo tenia una version de marvel vs capcom 2 mugen donde solo se podia jugar con onslaugth en su primera forma pero era demasiado poderoso tanto que de un poder se bajaba a algunos personajes incluyendo al jefe final que era apocalypse toda su vida, abyss no seria nada contra ese onslaugth

This was not fair, Abyss took many damage while causing barely any damage to Onslaught, and Onslaught caused high damage to Abyss while receiving barely any damage.
Onslaught cranked up his handicap losing minimal hp
