- Dr. Neil Fiore, in The Now Habit (amzn.to/29qZmEB), discusses a tool I've come to enjoy using in my own personal productivity system. As a GTDer, I identify tasks in my Weekly Review for the next week. However, knowing how much time I have to complete those tasks is difficult when you have so many factors competing for your time. The Unschedule is the tool I've modified for my own uses to determine how much time I have for tasks/projects during my Weekly Review for the upcoming week. Watch the tutorial, "make a copy" of the template here: w.w3cinc.com/u... , and modify it for your own use.

Thank you!
You're quite welcome.
How do you bulk load in the colors? just select and pour a color? How do you label? You mean just fill i the text? thanks
Hi, @MrStargazer777. Yes, I simply select the cells that I'd like to be a specific color and use the fill option. (There are ways to automate this, through conditional formatting but it's simply easier for me to manually do the color filling.)
As to labels, I typically merge the time blocks then type the label in the merged cell. So, yes, simply fill in text.
You're welcome! Cheers!
How do I download a copy? Plus, isn't it more effective to write it down on paper?

Hey how much time max are you allowed to spend on play time each day? Or is it unlimited?
Jarod Billingslea There is no minimum or maximum on guilt-free play prescribed by Dr. Fiore. But he does offer that play should be an incentive and a reward for uninterrupted working time. And, that you should have at least one day a week dedicated to play and small chores.
