Hey Hi Deepika.. Sorry to respond so late but NSA totally depends on the project or Process. If the clients are providing NSA (Night shift allowance) only then there is, otherwise No.
@@ayushbhatnagar1366 mmm no. If all goes well like bgv and interviews or salary negotiations, they roll out the offer immediately. Also it depends on projects or requirements basis. The delay happens almost only in BGV issues cases.. In my experience HCL BGV is really very tough.. other companies do that too but not like HCL. In one case, my colleague’s BGV was being conducted by Wipro as a third party for HCL payroll, but HCL rejected his BGV and now that friend Michael is working in Wipro.. so basically Wipro rejected Michael for HCL but gave him a job for themselves.. 🤪🤪

Nd i hve told HR that im still looking for job nd not told anything abt my previous job. Nd second ques is In how many one can assume to receive joining letter after hr interview process is over ?nd i hve mailed my 10-ug marksheet to my hr. I hve applied for graduate trainee plz responsd
for 1st Question's Ans:- Do not hide anything at all. Not even one day's employment if you were aligned for PF in any previous company or even you absconded. Please mention everything by your own priorly. Coz if they will find anything during BGV after getting PAN details, they will reject your BGV. So Most important, Dont hide anything in BGV form. If you don;t have any document from Pre company, you can mention it and sign the SOF (Statement of Fact) which BGV will share with you in that case but DO NOT HIDE ANYTHING. for 2nd Question:- I am not sure, it always depends upon HR, hiring process and projects that in how many days it will take to provide u with Offer letter.

It’s already on Google as well. But here it is for u: TOWER- (1 to 6), Hub SEZ, Plot No. 3A, Sector 126, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201303 There are 4 Gates to enter the campus. Make sure of The Tower no you want to go to. According to that you can choose Entry gate If anyone wants to go to Tower 1 then choose Gate 1 for entry. Remember one thing that Gate no 1 is only for Tower 1. For Tower 2,3,4,5,6 : Gate 2& Gate 3 both can be accessible. Gate 4 is mostly Exit gate only, not sure yet if Entry can be made or not..
