I'll agree with some sort of later 1940s Chevrolet product. Looks like it's been down there for decades. It probably hasn't seen the light of day and a road mile long before a man was put on the moon (and probably earlier than that).
Luv The Views & The Drone Footage !❤ I'm surprised you haven't stumbled into a Plane Crash or some Motorcycles!😮🤔😲 I'm not sure what that old car was maybe a Old Sports Car.
Mario is always at home in the Wilderness!! He is a Rock Climber and a Steep Slope Descender as well. He visits forgotten vehicles that would have interesting stories to tell !! Thanks for this nice footage.
I agree with the other commenters that it's a '47-'48 Chevrolet car. It appears to be a lower trim level without the partition in the grille (though it is stripped) so I'm going to say it's a '47 Fleetmaster, body style hard to determine other than a 4 door, my guess is it's a German Helmet (notch back) sedan based on what I can see.
For decades, local people know about the wrack, but then it gets overgrown or the surrounding area gets less accessible, and then it becomes a forgotten car.
1947/48 Chevrolet Fleetline is what I think that car is or was. At first I thought 1948 Ford but the glove box curves under the clock so Chevy is now what i think.
Looks '47 Chevy passenger model (body type is unknown). Dashboard layout matchs & 18:54 8-leaves rear spring with metal cover. 16:41 without vertical center bar on front grille, so it's '47
I can usually identify something or atleast be close. Those leaf springs are definitely early to mid 40s. Those wrapped springs are usually on trucks. My guess is 47ish Chevy product. Truck... And that rock with the paint , the carvings are newer , I think it could be someone's meditation spot??
As always, I love the video you did amazing amazing job and you didn’t hurt yourself, which is great and I love the song at the end of the video Mario. It’s great.
great video to interesting looking car to 🙂 must of been coming along the road back in the day as that looks like an old road way before the freeway was built very locked in to unsure of the type of car keep exploring out there take care to stay safe to
I love watching your adventures! 😄 Question I know it's difficult for you to get back down to some of these vehicles and I'm sure it's twice as hard getting back up have you ever considered driving mistake securely into the ground tying a rope around it thrown the rope down this way you would have something to help you get back up 🤔
Going by the grill that should be shiny matches grill on 1948 Ford Sedan…. But it could be a Chevy……. I think you should pull it out and restore it….. if nobody can figure out it’s a Chevy or a Ford use parts for both Ford and Chevy…… between the two….. at least half your restored car can be a Ford and the other half will be Chevy parts…… then you can’t go wrong with restoring it…
If anything new, I like to hear. Otherwise, just neglect. 34°20'29"N 118°25'52"W 34°20'17"N 118°25'32"W 34°20'12"N 118°24'56"W The area has been done before.
There has always been a fire road there. What’s the mystery? Some idiot drove the car on that dirt road and crashed the car. The bigger mystery is are there any bones from the dead driver?
Too close to the city to not have been spotted before, but for me this one is new. Felt I just had to share. 34°21'24"N 118°30'11"W Just neglect when it is nothing new. After this I got totally soaked into the May Canian TKTR, which I had run through intensively before. It is full of cars but no need to watch them again. I couldn't resist.
I can't find the channel address on this device, but I am sure when I start up the old device I find the address. I sent you before a Cherokee search info, also pictures of a Porsche and a link to an old California road book.
33°46'50"N 115°06'54"W This is funny on Google Earth. I think the plane was just passing by in the sky, but the rendering falsely projected it on the surface of that mountain.

I can’t believe I don’t find crashed motorcycles as well…

Yea I believe I filmed one but some are those roads are closed now.
Any news about the cars I told you about on Lake wholford road?
The ones in Escondido I couldn’t find using the online maps. I will probably have to drive out there in person and investigate it.
@reverserockettv007 yeah that's what I thought because I didn't find out about them until I went down there their just hidden pretty good

Be careful around those rocks large rattle snakes love those places to hide in. looks ideal habitat for them right in those crevices
I was wondering about that which I was down in there!
Ever going to post storage unit videos again
No. They don’t get views for me…
