I had a same problem few days ago..When ever I on the parking lights car go out of power ...I let electrician to check we realised one of the brake lights bulb was working when we on the parking lights and we changed the bulbs problem being solved..All is about the bulbs

Mine was resolved by cleaning the air cleaner and airflow sensor

Error was coming even when you have only pressed on the gas pedal.
But it was later discovered that the error was caused by a dirty airflow sensor sensor and air filter
