    Being Jacked is good to get other guys to fear you. Getting lean & muscular is good to get woman to be attracted to you.

    Troy, I completely agree with all of your points. I too lean lean in terms of preference. There’s an epidemic in the US of massive guys who spend many hours a day in the gym. Many of these guys are actually fat and despite the muscle mass, could be considered obese. It’s like they’re constantly fighting to convert fat to muscle. It wasn’t always like this back when the average American was much leaner. For most of my life, body building was considered more of a freakish sport for meatheads. Another point worth mentioning is that those guys are advertising to ladies that they spend a lot of their free time in the gym. Exercise is good for the mind, but overdoing it leaves little time for more intellectual, creative and business pursuits. Yeah, what kind of women are we trying to attract? I notice a lot of university age and a bit older guys on the athletic, leaner side with very hot women. They’re often out as couples running, biking, hiking, kayaking. This is very common in the Pacific NW due to the abundance and diversity of nature attracting those types to the area. Birds of a feather… Cheers bro!

      There's no such thing as convert fat to muscle or bulk fat and turn to muscle.
      It's been proven to be completely false.
      Fat and muscle are completely different things which also makes logical sense

    I think that it could be a better question: is worth it to take steroids just to be more jacked if your goal is to be more competitive in dating? I'm naturally quite perfeccionist. But I realized that if you want to be successful in something, once you have a high level on something, getting better would cost you more work than the benefits. Instead you will get more benefits spending that extra time and effort, improving in other areas that at the end can be related. For example instead of risking your health with steroids and restricting your life with strict diets, it's better to spend that time on improving your business, becoming a more interesting person, learning about other things, ever recollecting more life experiences.

    Getting super jacked is corny and is non functional. Juice heads seem to be insecure guys who want to intimidate other guys who don't know how to fight. Lift heavy and do more functional training and gain some competency in something that makes you harder to kill. Judo, Brazilian jiu jitsu, grappling, boxing, muay thai etc. COMPETENCY gives you self confidence, walking around all puffed up makes you seem insecure.

    It's been my observation that the women who like extreme musculature, tend to be athletes and gym rats themselves.
    It makes sense, like attracts like. Imagine how dull it would be to discuss macros and vitamins. 😉

    It also depends on the mans height (frame). You really need the height to pull off the bulky look if that is the look you're aiming for.

    • @RealTroyFrancis

      True. Short guys who over-compensate by getting bulky can look out of proportion.

    Smaller/ripped looks good with your top off. Put a top on though and they tend to look somewhat skinny. Think Brad Pitt Fight Club but with a shirt on. Where as someone like Christian Bale in Batman Begins with a shirt on or off will looks in shape.

    Personally I'm aiming to be big, knowing that realistically I won't get to Arnold level. One of those "aim for the stars and you at least hit the moon" type thing. But working that hard gets me results. Most huge guys are on way more than creatine BTW... like proper gear

    What muscles women like in order= Shoulders, Glutes, Back, Traps, neck, forearms (sometimes upper chest and or legs a little bit). Easy to get through body weight (and you can do it anywhere and bodyweight/ calisthenics will get you leaner because it works more muscle groups ) Those muscles are also seen through clothing. Women rarely care about the other muscles.
    If you are natural 2 day a week full body workout is great. if you do 3 day you will get 10-15% more gains (if you can recover). Additionally, shoot for full body cardio like row, assault bike, ski, swim, it works best if you do 3 different cardio activities a week (or your body gets used to it)

    I'm aiming for something just a notch or two more muscular than Brad Pitt in Fight Club. He looks great shirtless in that movie, but I think with clothes on, it's better to have a little more muscle mass.

  • @UnlistedAccount
    @UnlistedAccount 9 месяцев назад

    No, it doesn't make sense to just go for bigger. I worked in a sawmill as a literal human fork lift when I was young. Non of those guys were big, it's literally impossible because no matter the weight of those trees, it becomes cardio if you do it all day every day. Look at a fight like Connor McGregor vs Nate Diaz when you are that fit and that level of fighter you are not swole. That much training means you get loads of cardio in developing those fighting skills. From studies we also know that women like a big shoulder to waist ratio and you can only get that with a torso for cardio and massive shoulders. And if you are swinging from branches a heavy torso and thick legs are not an advantage. But broad shoulders and long arms are.

    Muscle is just a tool to use for arousal (alpha). There are many other tools that can be used to build arousal in women. By far the most important is game. Status can help, grooming and style as well. IMO every man should either be muscular, or if not, lean and have clear abs. That should be the minimum. I know a lot of guys with the “heroin-chic” look who are on the leaner side don’t even workout at all, and clean-house with women. It depends on how effective you are demonstrating value (with game it’s alpha in the beginning and beta comes later). Muscle helps but is not mandatory

  • @YSGMG
    @YSGMG 9 месяцев назад

    Let me explain as why this is not practical. Term “shredded” translates to an enhanced physique. It is not lean! It is lean+with steroid fullness and capped delts. “Tren look” if you’re just lean? Natty? You’re flat, depleted and not head turning. So basically the desirable look simply isn’t obtainable natty.
