awesome work! I love that you perserved both the heavier riffs of the final version, plus the lyrics and electronic sound of both demo versions. I wish we had Chester's full vocals as well, just so it could be a complete song, but alas we have to make due with what we have. Kudos once again.
Yeah, I was going to splice the vocal snippet in with some AI generated lyrics, but I know that’s kind of a touchy subject in the Linkin Park community, so I refrained from doing that. Plus, I suck at writing lyrics.
@@oyqea_NtrTAYnMnt_Official Very understandable. If it were me, i would sing over Mike's vocals and try my best to immitate Chester's vocal grit. Not saying i'd succeed, bc dude had way better vocals than i could ever hope for, but this is just what i would do.
I just saw a video on yt of one creator who did what you're suggesting and it worked out pretty well, but again, i totally understand why you refrained from using AI.
If i were to suggest a future mix, could you do one with Cuidado and Lying From You?
The final instrumental of LFY is catchy enough, but it's missing that electronic sound. As for cuidado, it works well enough with just the lyrics of LFY, but some of the riffs (particularly the main and breakdown riffs) sounded a bit better in the final version. It's mainly those opening riffs from cuidado and the electronic sound that's missing from the final product.
Dude iv just realized something. What would've been best is putting fighting my self choruses on the end of verse 1 and verse 2
