Haha.....He's a distant neighbours dog that was born under our Mango tree. It is his birth place and stopping ground. Great dog

I recently put in a concrete windowsill on a Victorian house with some matching corbels. I opted for using fibres in the concrete mix instead of rebar, I was chuffed how it turned out. Got asked by a couple of neighbours if I would work on their houses, poor things struggle in London to get any building work done.

I've used fibre cement before, it is good for certain applications. Certainly, wouldn't use fibre cement for a Lintel, but a sill perfect. Later in my build I'll get these guys to make concrete kitchen units, and worktop, popular here with tiles on the top.
I'm surprised there are any builders left in London and travelling in is an expensive pain...
Thanks for watching, mate and a HNY.

@@Dave-and-Fon Oh I weirdly enjoy watching this sort of thing. I once put tiled a kitchen worktop in a country place, had to use epoxy grout. It's not a surface I'd used because of the cleaning. Polished concrete work tops look nice though.

I cannot say, but it was a very good price.
