Not true. My 4080 is capped at 65fps with max settings and 4k. Never drops below 60fps. I could definitely raise the fps cap but want to keep my gpu utilization % down so I don’t. My gpu is at default too. Not even overclocked. I’m sure the 4090 runs better lol.
Game played great on ps4 and i got it just to support project red on my pc and it runs so bad its unplayable and i can run battlefields and call of duty on ultra lol
With raytracing i see absolutly no difference. The remaster doesnt look much better, maybe only the textures but the characters have a neck seam bug which is annoying 😅 Therefore you need better hardware for grafics where you have mostly no difference.

Other than the camera angle and the flora density shit look vanilla when you’re not by some water. I mean I don’t even get the update cuz I’m on last gen so it’s an L regardless. But I play at 4k w HDR and it’s great
Hard to think the same people that made this game made cyberpunk from literally the best game ever made still too this day vs cyberpunk one of the worst games ever launched it's allot better now though 💪

My 3080 handles the game well with directx 12 and 1440p. I can even play with rtx or 4k but its not worth it in my opinion.

Runs smoothly with a 3090 on Ultra + (4K). It's when you add in all the raytracing it starts messing with performance
I have a 3060 and I run the game maxed at 1440p and get 30-50 fps which is fine for me since I enjoy graphics over framerate :)
Even with hairworks and rt maxed
I really hope they improve the ray tracing performance. I’m on a 6800 XT 1440p and struggle getting 30 on max with ray tracing

I was hoping you were talking about the 4090 when you said it's completely free and available now.
I play this on max settings (including RTX) with a 3080 @1440p and I have modded fsr frame generation into the game to play it at a constant 100FPS
Now you can really see the pox marks and moles on the NPCs
It's has it's bugs with some of those settings on. No matter your specs
