Can a person have many of the 5 fold ministry calls?
No. For example, If one is a ministry teacher, he or she cannot have an evangelic office/ministry.
Actually yes... But it's mostly found in the apostle
A Teacher can give a prophetic word but is not the office of the prophet. A prophet can teach but they are not the office of the teacher… if that makes sense. All believes can operate in the gifts of the spirit but not all hold the office.

The Lord Jesus appoints His ministers to one office. There is no promotion or demotion. The position is irrevocable
