Cool video, 1920x810 is 2.37:1 which is not the typical cinematic aspect ratio. Defo does the job but if you want to be specific then go for 2048x858 (DCI 2.39:1).

Its color grading! I will make a tutorial on that, you can do that in the blender compositor with a color grade node!
