    I feel that you missed many important vibrant neighbourhoods, including Mile-end, Rosemont, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Verdun. Those neighbourhoods, now that the plateau has been so gentrified are all emerging. Some faster the others (Mile-end, often refer to as the hippest place in North-America with Brooklyn) but the three others are often refer to as the new "plateau" because of the plateau is so gentrified now. Outremont has quite a lot to offer too.

    Hi...Loved this.
    I might be moving to montreal for my PhD.
    Can you make a video about which locality mught have cheaper places for rent
    I know there is a housing crisis but still certain places tend to be cheaper.
    Looking forward to more videos
