    Hey, I have been thinking of buying a new Seadoo jetski and it has the IDF (Intelligent Debris Free) cleaning mode, and I noticed that your Seadoo has the same mode (I think), my question is that do you often use it and how good is it at cleaning all the dirt that gets stuck. Do you still need to manually clean the impeller that suck up all the debris. Thanks in advance and I LOVE to watch your videos!

    • @bobsudeyko4088
      @bobsudeyko4088  Год назад +2

      Never used it. I think it would clear weeds but would not move a stone or a stick that jammed in the impeller in five years I have needed it maybe once or twice. In those occasions I swam underneath and pulled the debris out with my hand.

      I ride in central FL. Loads of seaweed and hydrilla in the local waters for me. I use it all the time and snicker at my family who ride Yamahas. It works fantastic, I never have to get in to clear the intake grate. With all the gators its a nice feature to have.

    Awesome video Bob, love the commentary. You must have quite the microphone setup because your voice is so clear at higher speeds. You certainly are braver than me going into some of these places lol. Your solo videos are the best!

      Hi Rick. Definitely easier to make these videos when I am solo. Audio is very important and I use external mikes. More to deal with but the improvement is substantial over the in camera mikes. Thanks for being a regular follower.

    Bob, do you know if its possible to travel by seadoo from Georgian Bay to Ottawa via French River > Lake Nipissing > Ottawa River? I believe it is possible from checking the route on a map, but I thought I'd ask your opinion. About 800km distance. Thanks!

    • @bobsudeyko4088

      No it's not. Several areas along the French that have rapids that require a portage. Also a hydro electric dam at Doris on the top end of the French river towards lake NIpising.
