Very nice and looks amazing 👍👍👍 im from eastern Europe so we have a bit of a problem with mixing sweet and salted, or for example mixing shrimps with meat....but I do like to try dishes from other coultures and this one really looks tasty...ill keep an eye on your Chanelle, great work thank you for sharing and salute from Croatia 🇭🇷
Oh wow, that looks simply amazing! It's so interesting to see fried rice recipes from different parts of the world! In Thailand, we use quite different ingredients, and we don't fry the chicken. But we also add spring onion at the very end, same as you!^^ Really want to try your version, it looks great!

This is what I do - except for the Scotch bonnet part oh but yes I absolutely use less of curry these days and I don't use at all when it comes to Fried rice or stir fry anything. I've become a Rosemary fan as well and generally finding you can get more distinct flavour from using other things.
