This recipe saved me from confusion on what to prepare for supper tonight! I opened my fridge and I saw chicken, green beans and carrots. Then I remembered I saw Sisi Yemmie’s fried rice on twitter. I just came here straight! Now my chicken is sizzling on the stove! Can’t wait for everything to be ready 🤗🤗. Yayy! Triple like!

Nice video. Another way is to fry the raw rice before cooking it. This has been my mother's method of cooking fried rice and it has always worked well and preserved for longer.

That is how I cook mine too, I was taught (boarding school) to fry my rice and every ingredient first before adding any water. My fried rice lasts all week if I need it to.

You got it right with the liver bit, it takes the rice to a whole new level. That's why I never make fried rice without it, and I never eat fried rice outside as well. Good job. 👍🏽

The fried rice looks so yummy, sisi yemmie. For preservation, what I do is to fry the raw rice in little oil before cooking (adding water and stock). I also add a bit of the sweet corn water to it, since it's a form of preservative too. Well done!
