This team is everything I love
I'd like to see what bulky special ho-oh can do. Heat wave, air slash, giga drain, recover/protect, grass Tera. Pair with a thunder wave user for para-flinch.
It'd be interesting to run a more stallish set with roost next to the worm. You know they aren't likely to EQ.
Dude this team is so cool, just needed some more oomph offensively. Like maybe the palafin/rilla/ho-oh pivot core could have worked? It’s tricky cause incin and amoongus and maybe even iron hands want to be on the pivot team so bad too

That snarl was never going to lower the special attack of Tornadus even if it hit. He was covert cloak. In that final turn before you forfeited, your snarl hit both Pokemon but it only lowered the special attack of Rillaboom.

The moveset for the ting lu was not it. While it walls caly-s, it does not have offensive pressure for it, you need throat chop and or heavy slam. That would also helped you on the 1vs 1 with torn on game 1

It's really not their thing haha. We've played through a game together, which they generally enjoyed, but the motivation to learn competitive really isn't there. I appreciate the interest, but opposites attract in this case.
They didn't need tailwind up on your first game those first few turns
