I got Jiri by sub, Rakic gunna leg kick thinking hes Pereira and get a orbital or nose broken like Reyes. Gunna be all Jiris type of fight from there which ends with a choke late 2 or 3. Rakic gunna over extend while exhausted in the grappling range.

Jiri's a pretty humble guy, it's 1st interview ive seen of him, initially i thought he was corny but he's a cool dude may he win the fight.
His English is limiting him quite a bit, even though he's been working hard on improving in that regard.
In Czech, his interviews are really interesting cause he can go deeper into his life philosophy, training and the way he approaches martial arts (and life) in general.

I watched the fight with Pereira ! several times and Jiri wasn't bad with 1 week camp... he wents too much to the spiritual world... in Rizin, he also went through these things, but he was a more aggressive fighter, he just has to find himself and work his way to the title, he has all the prerequisites,but as I listen to him, we can look forward to some real bombs :)

Fake samurai ... wtf? He did not just "read a book". He fought successfully in japanese Rizin, became a great fighter and managed to get into UFC, where he is thrashing through opponents. Also Jiří never claimed that he is a samurai, just that the life style inspires him. If Aleksander was trying to trash talk, at least he could come up with something intelligent or funny. This was neither.
Agree was popular in Japan ,when fought at rizin and Japanese fans like his samouraï stuff . Only white criticize him for it .

Following the path of great MMA legend that were popular in Japan . They loved him and comment some old videos sometimes being happy that the guy who was carefully built up in RIZIN, became UFC champ.
He really into it, even got his green belt in kyokushin karate before this fight.

The frustrating thing about Jiri fighting style is he has the chance of an early stoppage every fight if he gets the wrong ref.
The ref who stopped his fight Vs Alex would have stopped the glover fight multiple times as much as they were in trouble in that fight.
I love Yuri. He is a natural beast, but he will have to further those skills to be a champ.
