- BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Makes 12- 3ounce muffins
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes; reduce oven temp to 325F, and bake for another 15 minutes or until almost firm.
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
½ cup melted butter (salted)
1 pc whole egg
4-5 pcs chopped bananas
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Pinch of salt, if using unsalted butter

I love this - One stage method! Yummy, soft, moist! Was successful in making 4 flavors in diff containers - choc chips, cranberry-almonds, pumpkin seeds-almonds, spicy mango-almonds. I used coco sugar. Thanks so much for showing us this delicious recipe!!!🧁👏

I tried this one chef and used dark brown sugar and my....! looks good and made a little modification 😜 I added 1 tbsp coffee granules. Can't wait to try it! Thank you chef RV Manabat. Your an inspiration 🤗 God bless and stay safe always.

Hi Chef thank you for this recipe. Winner sa family ko lalo sa anak ko. Soft sya I guess the vinegar really helped. Di kasing lambot at sarap nito ung dating banana recipe kong nagawa. I just revised a little and used muscovado sugar and added walnuts aside sa dark chocolates. Thank you for always sharing your good recipes. God bless you and your family ❤️.
