Aaj Main poha aur matar ka use kar ke ek tasty and crispy snack banane ja ra hu jiska nam hai Matar Poha Cutlet. Aur is ke saath banayenge chatpati si green chutney jiske sath ye cutlets khane mai maza ajayega.
Ingredients:
For Green Peas Paste:
2 Cups Boiled Green Peas
2-3 Green Chilies
1 Inch Chopped Ginger
Coriander leaves
To Make Cutlet:
4 Mid-Size Boiled Mashed Potatoes
Green Peas Paste
1 Cup Poha
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Garam Masala
Salt As Per Taste
2-3 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
2-3 Tbsp Grated Carrots
½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
Some Bread Crumbs
