Didn’t forget about it; it’s not relevant to the argument. Fortnite and Pubg are clones of Arma II Battle Royal, in its simplest form. The format and playstyle of Minecraft Hunger games; a game mode made popular after the release of Arma II BR, I might add, has no similarities between these games.

pubg = requires using your eyes and ears and strategies and has a price so far from fortnite which can be a bit confusing why it isnt free
fortnite = requires the same thing but has made up weapons and less "graphic violence" in a way wheres it's made for younger audience with the dances/emotes and free to play

But the guy who made a battle royale mod in Arma 2 was a game designer of PUBG
Actuall it does not matter, because the game itself took Ideas from the Mod. Also the PUBG developer worked with Epic Games together. Epic helped them a lot to improve their game, but in the End it does not matter. It would be a fucked up world if they just can say it is "our gamemode" and no other game is allowed to use this game mode.
Imagine Valve would come up to Activision and sue them, that they use S&D like they do in CS. Would be kinda fucked up. It is kinda similiar to this case. The game mode is the same and they have guns and some shit that makes sense to implement in such a game.

Xpelaaja Building mechanic, and a PvE that’s one hell of a complete game, not mentioning the Battle Royale being updated every week and Epic constantly listening to their community.
Also, it’s free so you can play it with all of your friends, and not pay to win. (Not saying PUBG is, just stating a fact).
