I love stories like this. They don't always need to be this epic though! I'll take a random small adventure of mundane dayzing just as easily. Base building...looting...surviving! Epic adventures are great but dont get stuck trying to top yourself.....with this kind of narrating and effort put into the videos I'll watch anything you want to do in dayz!

I don't usually like a full base wipe, but they had that coming. So much else to love too. The midnight nade base raid was sooo lucky!

Well yeah if you can't carry them all the next best thing is destroying them. I don't know how it works on the server they were on but a lot of people who play official on Day-Z are mistaken as "griefers" when the reality is that if things are destroyed or removed from stashes and allowed to despawn it goes back into the loot cycle so it can be found by other people again in normal places. These guys were hoarding and in a major way. Destroying all the walls as well was definitely griefing but you have to look at it from the standpoint that they're now taken back multiple pegs so they have to spend their time and energy rebuilding (or not) and considering Daniel's base is still in tact he's at least doing a little better than they are now. But mainly just destroying all that gear also ensures that they are much weaker for future engagements and also psychologically wounded as well. They may even have some faction members who rage quit just because of it. It was definitely a genius move on their part. I also love the music they used for it I think that was from 28 Days Later at the end when the dude goes on a full blown Rambo style mission and takes the corrupt soldiers out by himself.
This game has the most toxic players but also some of the best. Great vid my guy can't wait for the next!

Very impressive! It's clear you would make a good actor. To be a good narrator you must first have acting ability otherwise you either sound like an NPC RUclipsr or a robot reading a hostage note and that just kills the vibe and reminds the watcher they're watching an amateur production. Never felt that way here. Excellent choice of music to reflect the mood of the scenes and excellent editing. In that sense you'd make a great producer as well. Very impressive for a one man shop somewhere in Sweden. You deserve (and will get if you keep it up) a lot more subscribers. You ever think of changing your name? It could draw more traffic with something more memorable. Nothing wrong with hocken123 but if someone never heard it before it's not as memorable as it could be. It doesn't draw you to it. It's both unfamiliar (which means harder to remember) and generic with the 123 part. When I see random Dayz vids in my recommendations I usually check the name before deciding if I wanna give them a try. Just a thought maybe I'm way off. Nice work man 👊

Not on that server. There were ppl streamsniping, we gave admins proof but they did nothing. Thats the reason we stopped playing on that server
