Chemotherapy for my Irish Wolfhound with Lymphoma - CHOP protocol. His first chemo treatment!

Sadly I have diagnosed my own dog with a terminal cancer, Lymphoma. Thankfully, I have the knowledge to help him continue to live a good life and slow the cancer from taking him. Saying the word "chemotherapy" to many of my clients seems to be a dirty word. I want to show Oscar's journey through chemotherapy so that you can see the good and the bad that comes with this. Chemo is not the right answer for every patient, but please don't automatically assume it is something it is not. Our canine & feline chemotherapy patients don't have their hair fall out, they are often not sick, and many only experience a few days of "flu like symptoms" before returning to normal. Chemotherapy will not cure, Oscar....but it should help to buy us more time with him.
