Hi Doug, in Luminar NEO, you can use the eye dropper located in the color section of the Develop tool to adjust the White Balance in the image. However, other than that, it doesn't have the function you mentioned.
This will depend on your purchase of Luminar NEO. It works differently for subscribers and for lifetime users, I suggest you get in touch with the Skylum team, who will be able to help you 👉 skylum.com/support/contact
@emem…. If you Quit and launch Neo a second time, it should allow you to update via the menu. On the other hand, if this does not update then contact Support.
It has nothing to do with this update, but my eyes hurt every time I look at this new logo, it's horrible, the other one was so beautiful and futuristic, I thought the change was terrible.
The new changes make sense to me - they are improving the naming/categorizing of the tools.
I agree Holly. I like where is the UI going.
Hi Jakub, thanks. LN doing it right. Like it.
Is there a way in NEO to sample colors on the image? Usually looks like an eye dropper in most programs. I can't find it even in user manual searches.

I was able to update 1.20.0 on my Mac.
Thank you.
Since the update my focus stacking panel is gone. I guess I will have to contact Skylum😢😢😢
I have found my problem. I bought the extesion with a different email address. After linking that email address all is working perfectly.
That's a great tip Ralf. Thank you ;-)
I am unable to resize my images on my Windows computer without stretching out
Hi David, that's very strange. I suggest you to contact the Skylum support: skylum.com/support/contact
Neo doesn't want to upgrade to 1.20 on Mac.
