😴What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, which, is a complex name for a very simple, yet, relaxing feeling. Typically, ASMR is a tingling sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. Everyone responds to ASMR stimuli differently, so it is important to view an ASMR video with an open mind if you are only just discovering ASMR videos. I tend to listen to mostly female ASMR channels. This is the first time I've found a relaxing male ASMRtist. I also find deeper voices extremely relaxing so I greatly appreciated it. Also, solid guided relaxation technique.

I have insomnia and I take medication for it but they don’t always help. So I’ve been looking at alternative ways to fall and stay asleep. I’m not going to lie I was hesitant but I actually fell asleep, thank you so much for the videos. They truly have had changed my life ❤️

For some reason I fall asleep very quickly to guided meditation for sleep. I only woke up to use the loo. :) I have to tell you, YOU are the only ASMR channel I listen to. I save all of your videos to a playlist and listen to them when I'm suffering from insomnia or anxiety and they ALWAYS help so I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart.
